Lovely double bedroom available 1st of September

The room comes fully furnished, but you are welcome to bring your own furniture if you so wish. There is a real comfy double bed (never had a back pain!), wardrobe, bookshelf, chest of drawers, small desk, a chair (less comfy than the bed) and a full size mirror.

The flat is on the 2nd floor of the building and it is rather large with four doubles and one single bedroom, two bathrooms (one with shower only), a fully equipped kitchen/common area. Unfortunately there is no living room/lounge, but the huge well kept communal garden will substitute (at least in the summer months).
All the windows in the flat are recently changed, so you won't get cold either!

The block of flats is situated on Finchley Road, but the entrance to our staircase is on Church Walk (a small quiet street just off the main road). We are a short distance away from the West Heath and Golders Hill Park for anyone who enjoys the London park culture, and of course there are plenty of jogging paths there.

The transport links between central and north London are beyond your wildest imagination! There's a bus stop literally next to the house. You can take 13 to Oxford Circus, Trafalgar Sq and Aldgate or 82 to Marble Arch and Victoria. There is 328 going all the way to Chelsea passing through Notting Hill and Kensington. On the other direction, both 13 and 328 terminate in Golders Green, whereas 82 goes to Finchley. From Golders Green there is a wide bus coverage of north London. Should you prefer the train, there are also multiple options - Golders Green and Hampstead tube stations are approx 20 min walk from the house or 5 min by bus. And if you really like to walk, Finchley Road and West Hampstead stations are 30 min by feet or 10-15 min by bus. There is also Cricklewood railway station roughly 15 min walk.

There are quite a few restaurants within a 5 min walk (a really yummy Chinese!), an off-license and Costa just across the road and my recent favourite - a South African specialty shop where they do amazing biltong and proper meats. Many more places to eat and shop in Golders Green, Hampstead and West Hampstead. The O2 is not far either. Nearest gyms are in Fortune Green and Cricklewood.

We are looking for someone friendly and tidy who would really treat the place like home.

I have thoroughly enjoyed living in the flat, so am sad to leave, but life is taking me to discover the West coast of England.
