AVAIL 4 JUNE - 8 JULY ONLY 2017 - Looking for a non-smoking professional female or mature student to rent a clean, double sized room in cosy 1st floor, semi-detached flat in S Chingford E4, preferably Mon-Fri but not essential. Will be sharing with me (female), my 6 year old son + 2 white cats. Flat has use of shared bathroom & kitchen, street parking, access to a balcony & garden, wifi, washing machine, GCH. Any potential lodger should be friendly, respectful, tidy and prepared to share in household chores (no smoking indoors). SORRY NO MALES, COUPLES OR PETS.
Zone 3 with local amenities very close by and 10-15 min bus journey to Chingford (overground to Liverpool St) or Walthamstow Central (overground to Liverpool St & Victoria Line). 15 min walk to Highams Park station.
5 min drive to A406, 10 min drive to M11 and 15-20 min drive to M25.
I am available most evenings or weekends to make an arrangement to view the room.
