The flat has an enormous bright lounge that over looks Station Road and is again equipped with a large Samsung 3D TV , blu ray player and TIVO box.

North Chingford has some lovely restaurants, shops, cafes and bars you can walk to and the flat is very close to the golf course and beautiful forest land.

The flat is opposite North Chingford train station which takes 10 mins to reach Walthamstow Underground on the Victoria line and 25-35 mins to reach Liverpool Street.

There is a separate toilet and the shared bathroom has a bath and shower. A cleaner cleans every fortnight.

The flat is currently rented from the landlord by a PE teacher and a social worker. I have lived in the property a long time because it is so lovely and big and in such a wonderful location. I am the lead tenant.

We are looking for a student or professional person who is easy going like us. We are both well travelled, friendly and sociable. The flat feels very homely and is a great place to live.
