Bright, large double room in friendly house share

Hi,
If you are looking for a flexible, affordable and comfortable room, a few minutes walk from the train station, in a huge flat with friendly housemates then please get in touch!
We are a couple with a baby girl who are used to living in house shares and enjoy sharing our space, meals and potentially the odd jam session with other house mates! (as in making music but we also like making jam!)
We are looking for someone who is relaxed and who can handle a normal amount of life going on. Someone who is willing to share cooking and eating of meals. Someone who is comfortable in a well used kitchen with everyone doing their best to tidy.
There is likely to be family visiting, with young children, as well as friends for meals and the occasional party.
The 3 of us use an en suite so there is a whole bathroom for flatmates.
There is also a large living room. The flat is 5 minutes walk from Chingford Station and from beautiful Epping Forest and Chingford plains.
