We've got a double room available from today for £150 PW plus £150 deposit.
The front room is a communal area with a large flat screen smart TV with virgin and there a communal dining area too.
There’s a nice high-level garden out the back with a great view which is great for summer BBQ's and sunbathing. It’s a great place in the summer to chill out in the garden with a bottle of wine and some beers.
It's a non-smoking house inside but you can smoke out the back and watch the sheep on the reservoir which is nice.
Chingford station in 5 mins up the road by bus or if you drive it takes even less time and there's free parking by the station too and out the front of our house as well.
