A garden over looking the reservoir with sheep out the back, a pear tree, decking area with furniture and a BBQ. 8 minutes to Chingford Mount shops and buses to Chingford rail station, Highams Park rail station or Walthamstow tube station. Wifi is included.

The person needs to like dogs (as there is a lovely French Bulldog in the house) be clean, respectful and easy going.
