I have a large, bright double room for rent in my 3 bedroom house in Chingford//Woodford area, Waltham Forest, East London. I am a professional, yet easy going person, living alone in the house. The property is newly refurbished, new bathroom, alarm etc. In the bedroom there is a double bed, a chest of drawers and a large wardrobe and a workspace (desk/chair).
There is also a lovely garden, and off street parking. Price includes all bills, internet and wi-fi included.
Female housemate preferred as I have my 13yr old daughter stay overnight 1 night a week, on Fridays and need her to feel welcome and comfortable in her own house.(Hope that makes sense)
