Double room available, very spacious 2 level flat

I have a double room to rent in Chiswick. Unfortunately my current flatmate is moving back to Scotland with work at the end of this month.
The flat is located in a really safe, quiet street about a 7 min walk from Chiswick Park station and around the corner from South Acton overground station. It's very close to the local shops and a Virgin Active gym.
The flat itself is really spacious, and spread over 2 and half floors. Wood flooring throughout the living room and kitchen/dining room. The flat is pretty unique in its layout. Loads of natural light and space. Larger than the average flat in the area, massive kitchen for people who like cooking. Superfast broadband throughout and 42" TV in the living room. Virgin TV with all the channels.
The bedroom is large, with a window overlooking the garden. It comes with a built in wardrobe and an expensive memory foam topped orthapedic spring double bed. The rest of the flat is fully furnished.

As for me, I'm male in my 30's, profesional in full time employment. I've been living here for just short of 6 year and a half years. I'm very chilled, clean and easy going. I work everyday and enjoy going to the gym in the evenings. Outside of that just pretty normal flatmate things, watch tv, cook, sleep. Nothing really that exciting

I'm looking for someone pretty similar. A professional in their late 20's to 40, who's clean and chilled out.

You're more than welcome to view the flat and have a chat. I'm pretty flexiable with my time especially evenings and weekends. I can do day times but would need some notice.

The rent is £773 a calender month but does not include bills
