Hi everyone!
We have a lovely double room available in Chiswick, ideal for couples. The room enjoys it's own floor of the house, and ensuite as well.
The house is in an ideal location, walking distance to Turnham Green station (District line) and the 24 hour 94 bus can take you into Central London and back.
Council tax is included in the rent, with the other bills (Sky & Utilities) paid on top.
We are four professionals, 2 male, 2 female between the ages of 25 - 28.
No deposit is required, however in order to hold the room you would be required to pay half of the 1st months rent - this would be deducted from the 1st month rent of course.
The room is unfurnished; however there is an option to purchase the furniture from the previous tenant.
