Great double room to rent in Chiswick...

A lovely furnished double room has become available on the first floor of a mansion block in Chiswick. The flat is on a quiet side streeet and has a communal garden - including a heated swimming pool! Inside, as well as 2 double bedrooms, is a kitchen, lounge and bathroom - all recently refurbished.

The rent is £787 per month plus bills which come to around £100. The transport links are great - loads of buses plus a five minute walk to the district line/overland or a 15 minute walk (or short bus ride) to Chiswick Mainline Station which is 15 minutes into Clapham Junction or 25 mins to Waterloo. Chiswick high road has plenty of shops including Sainsbury's, Waitrose and M&S plus clothes shops and a huge array of pubs, bars and restaurants and some lovely open park areas.

Me - I'm a female in my mid 30's working in the wine trade. I love to ski, travel and read and also spend time with friends and family enjoying good food and wine and fun times. I very much enjoy living here - a great location and really friendly folk. The room available has a double bed, 2 wardrobes and 2 chests of drawers and is big enough to house a desk, TV and laptop (the current occupant even has a piano in there too!) so could happily suit someone who needs to have their own privacy or work/study space at times. The garden is amazing with people often sharing picnics and there is even a barbecue area with seating by the pool too. I have lived here for nearly 3 years and absolutely love it.
