We are looking for two person to move in a double room with en-suite in a beautifully decorated Victorian house in Clapham North. This room is available for a couple.
The rent is £210 per week for two person with bills included and also:
- cleaner once a week for the common areas
- unlimited internet broadband access
- bedlinen
- toilet paper and cleaning products
The house is located about 5 minutes from Clapham North tube station in zone 2. It is large, has a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and microwave, 2 bathrooms and living room.
Great place to meet people from all over the world and make new friends, especially if you’re new to London.
To move in we ask £300 as deposit and the first month in advance. The minimum period to stay is 6 weeks.
