Female needed for great Clapham houseshare!

We have a large double becoming available in our brilliant house from 10th March 2018. Sorry guys it’s just a Female to keep the balance in the house.

Our house is on a quiet road just a 5 minute walk from both Clapham North and Stockwell stations. We're also a 10 minute walk from Brixton Village and Clapham Common. So lots and lots and bars and restaurants are close by (as well as a ridiculous amount of Sainsburys!)

The house has a huge open plan kitchen and lounge. We also have a second living room (for football and movies) a dining room which is now a gym and two big bathrooms with showers. Plus we have the perfect garden for BBQs .

We are looking for a girl to keep the balance in the house. A professional preferably. Sorry no students or couples (not allowed by the agent). 27 or over is our preferred age range.

A bit about us - we're all professionals aged between 27 and 33. It's a fun and social house and we are looking for someone who will join in and go to the pub with us as well as someone who is happy to do their own thing. We all have our own groups of friends but do like to hang out as a house too and recently had a house trip to San Sebastián, so we are pretty close. We're pretty chilled out during the week and there's usually someone around to watch TV with or have a drink.

The room is £812 per month including all bills (gas, elec, water, council tax, Sky and BT Sport (obv), fibre Internet and a weekly cleaner). It comes unfurnished but has built in wardrobes.
