Bright and airy first floor double room available in fabulous 3 bedroom house (yes, house!) in Clapham / Battersea.

Two male professionals looking for a female housemate to move in to our lovely house.

The house is very well equipped with double glazing, central heating, Sky TV (full movies/sports/etc) and broadband, dishwasher, excellent kitchen (with heated floor), two bathrooms (ensuite upstairs) small garden (great for bbqs!).

Council tax and gas/water/electric are in the rent, but Sky (c£20 pm) and a fortnightly cleaner on a rota are separate.

The house is perfectly situated between Clapham Common and Battersea Park. Clapham Old Town, and Lavender Hill and the High Street are all close by for brunches or nights out.
