We are looking for two new female housemates from 1st August!

We are two easy going professional girls who work hard during the week but like to socialise in the evenings/weekends. We have separate groups of friends, but also like to chill out/do stuff as a house some evenings.

The property is a HUGE four storey Victorian Terraced house. It's fully furnished. There is a patio garden, study and large open plan kitchen/dining room/breakfast room, 4 double bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms and a separate utility room with a washing machine and dryer.

The rent also includes a cleaner who comes once a week.

The house is perfectly located for getting round London. We are only a few minutes walk from Stockwell station which provides access to both the Victoria and Northern Lines. There are also loads of buses at the end of the road going in all directions. Clapham High Street Station (overground) is also approx a 5 min walk away.

There are a range of food shops; a sainsbury's local is just 1minute away as is Iceland, cost cutter and lidl are a short walk away. If you need to do a big shop, the big Sainsbury's on Clapham High Street is only a 5 min bus ride away. Others nearby are Tescos and Morrisons.

The rent is £777 but we will be putting in £870 per month to cover bills.
