Double Room in Clapham, Fab transport links!

We have a lovely double room up for grabs in our spacious, light and friendly home.

You will be sharing our 3 bedroom home with Kirsten and Rachel. They're both active - enjoying rowing, cycling and yoga - and like to watch the latest TV series on Netflix, have a few drinks and play on the wii, or go and see the latest Timeout recommendations! I am moving out to a family friend's owned flat, but am sad to be leaving the house behind, so I hope to find a lovely replacement who'll enjoy it as much as I have.

We are looking for a friendly, laid-back person, who is clean, tidy and respectful of the others in the house.

We are a fairly quiet bunch in the evenings throughout the week because of work and life commitments. Thus suits a similar friendly individual, who wants to join our home environment.

The house has a large kitchen with lots of cupboard space, an airy lounge with a dining table, 2 sofas and a sofa-bed, the garden has a shed which is handy for storing bikes and BBQ's and we have a separate toilet and bathroom which were renovated 18 months ago.

We live a 2 minute walk from Wandsworth Road overground station with services to Clapham Junction / Highbury & Islington every 15 minutes. Clapham Common and Clapham North tube stations are a 10 minute walk to catch the Northern line and Stockwell tube station is only 15 minutes to catch the Victoria line as well. In addition we also have a fantastic range of buses which stop a 1 minute walk from the house. Route 77 (Tooting to Waterloo), 87 (Wandsworth to Aldwych) 452 (to Notting Hill via Hyde Park) and the N87 - a nightbus from Trafalgar Square to Wandsworth (very handy!)

Bills are not included in the rental price for the room but will come to £51. 20 for everything (we're expecting this to go down after the next readings in September!) and £36. 33 for council tax.

We're hoping to have viewings tomorrow, Thursday 24th July from 7. 30 'till 9.
