I am unfortunately moving back home to Australia and have to give up my lovely double room in Clapham!

You will be living with three lovely, fun and tidy Australian girls.
With the convenience of Sainsburys and Tesco just a 2 min walk away and Waitrose and 24hr Asda within 10mins walk.

If you do not want to cook you are also spoilt for choice with the selection of great pubs, bars and restaurants in Clapham. I can truly vouch that Clapham has a fantastic night life and is a friendly and safe community.

Clapham Common is also just a 6 minute walk away - which is perfect for lazy weekend picnics in the summer and is always great for that pick me up run!

With a great range of buses from the front door straight to the centre of London.
Right in the heart of Clapham, it is a 10 minute walk to Clapham Common tube station with access to the Northern Line and a 10 minute walk to Clapham Junction station for access National Rail and overground lines.

The room is a double room, fully furnished with a new double bed, chest of drawers and two wardrobes. I also have a full length mirror, bedding and pillows and coat hangers available; if you require, for £20 on top for the bundle.

The cost is very reasonable at £595 per month due on the 10th.
Bills are not included but I have found that £60 covers internet, electricity, water and council tax for each month.

I have had a lot of interest in the room so far so due to me leaving, I am hoping to sign over the lease to you by the 6/7th of August, where I'll need the 640 deposit upfront by the 5th of August, and you will need to pay rent 595 on the 8th - allowing the 2 days for the money to transfer.
