We have been living in the house for 4 years (our entire time in the UK – that’s how much we’ve loved it!), but since we are heading back to New Zealand we must sadly leave.

A great location for bars/restaurants and transport, Clapham Junction and Clapham South are both c10-15 min walk (bus options also available). Balham High Street is about 20mins walk, and the house is located between Clapham Common and Wandsworth Common.

It's a large Victorian house with six large bedrooms (two couples) two kitchens, two (and a half) bathrooms and two large lounges. Fully refurbished approx. 5yrs ago and well maintained. Was previously split into two flats pre-refurb, but not now. A good mix of nationalities, with English, Welsh & New Zealand. Your prospective flatmates (2 guys / 4 girls) are all good fun and very friendly, enjoying the occasional dinner/drinks together but also with other interests (travel, sport, socialising, music etc.) & work in a variety of fields including finance, law, physiotherapy, and media.
