The house has got a large country kitchen (with dishwasher!) with double doors leading out to a little patio garden and bbq area, utility room with downstairs toilet, separate spacious lounge and two bathrooms. The house is large enough to have your own space when you need it, but at the same time there is always someone around to share a bottle of wine with!



We're two guys and one girl (working in sales and two teacher) aged between 27 - 28, ideally looking for a girl to keep the balance.

Rent is £704 per calendar month plus around £100 for all bills. You'll need £895 deposit and a month's rent up front (plus admin fees of £45 for reference check and £180 for tenancy agreement change).

Move in/ start date is flexible between the 8th-23rd August.

We like to socialise as a house and go out at weekends but we're relatively chilled during the week. Great area to live in - equi-distant from the Clapham Common tube station and Clapham Junction overground and plenty of bus routes at the end of the road. There's a Sainsburys, Waitrose and an Asda and loads of bars/restaurants less than 10-15 minutes walk away. It is a very quiet, safe, and beautiful area.
