We are two sisters living in a four bedroom house looking for someone to share it with. One of us is a chef, the other a trainee accountant, both in the city. The chef works crazy hours and is rarely seen. The accountant gets lonely and would like to find someone to share this lovely house with. We're looking for a like-minded person, guy or girl, who could become a friend - someone we can chill with in the evenings, cook and eat supper together (because the accountant is not a chef and finds cooking alone thoroughly depressing) and maybe even hang out with on the weekends.

The house is gorgeous and very much a home, so we would like someone who will treat it as such and who is clean and tidy but doesn't keep to themselves. It's not a party house but, chef aside, it is very social as we love having people over (think dinner parties, afternoon tea, black and white movie nights).

THE IMPORTANT STUFF:
- The room is a double and will be fully furnished (unlike in the picture). The bed will be bought once we find a tenant.
- It has an ensuite bathroom with toilet, sinks and bath. There's no shower but you're welcome to use the shower on the floor below, which is shared with just one of us.
- We are looking to rent for £900pcm plus bills, but we've only just moved in so can't yet gauge how much these will be. Hopefully not much more than £100pm
- We have a cleaner for 3 hours (£30) every week.
- There is a patio garden.
- The room is only available until the end of July 2015, as this is when our lease is up.
- On-street parking is easily arranged.
- We have the usual - washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, internet.

TRANSPORT/LOCATION:
- We are a 5 minute brisk stroll from Clapham South tube station on the northern line. Clapham Junction is a 10 minute bus ride or 20 minute walk away.
- Clapham South has an M&S, Sainsburys and HUGE Tesco.
- The common is right at the end of the road.

Move in date will probably end up being the end of September, purely to give time to get things sorted, though it's very flexible.
