Short term let in large modern apartment

I have a spare room that is available to rent for short term lets, ideally 1-8 weeks. The building is a private apartment block, the location is 5mins walk from Clapham Common and near the top of Lavender Hill. For transport links there are buses close by going to Trafalgar Square, Sloane Square, Marble Arch, Oxford Street, Notting Hill, Clapham Juntion and Common stations.

It is a double room with exclusive use of a bathroom (although the bathroom is not ensuite to the bedroom). There is a large living room area, large balcony and communal garden for the building. Kitchen has washing machine and dishwasher.

Short term lets up to 6 weeks are preferred. The rent/bills is £300 per week and includes BT Broadband (BT TV & sports channels) and a cleaner who visits every fortnight.

About me; Im 37, run an import business and enjoy sports. Im looking for a lodger who is a non-smoker, clean/tidy and generally respectful of the flat.
