Great opportunity to be a part of an absolutely beautiful home with friendly flatmates.

Room on offer is light, airy and spacious. It overlooks the garden and benefits from afternoon sun. It is one of the warmest rooms in the house and has two wardrobe spaces. If two wardrobes isn't enough for you though, the other great thing about this room is it comes with access to extra storage space in the house!

The house itself is amazing. It is beautifully furnished, there is a delightful garden (perfect for summer BBQs!), spare room for guests, huge lounge and excellent dining room entertaining area. The bathrooms have recently been refurbished also.

The house is set amid a quiet residential street with very easy access to both over ground and underground lines (clapham north - 8mins, Wandsworth Rd Station - 2mins).
There is on street parking available (small charge from the council), and ample space in the house/garden for bikes etc.

Room is available from the 23rd of April, but there is a small amount of flexibility with dates (a week either side).

The room is nearly fully furnished. The bedframe and antique beside table can be included for an extra 120 pounds.

Current flatmates are a friendly bunch of professionals and a mix of nationalities: Aus/British/Irish. We enjoy a glass of wine together and when our schedules line up, a flat dinner.
