The location is perfect: Saintsbury, Tesco and bus stop in front of the entrance; 20 mins by bus to central of London, 10 mins to Vauxhall station; 10 mins walk to Clapham Junction BR station and 8 mins walk to Clapham Common park/ tube station.

There are 5 of us living here (Italian, Spanish ,English and French).

Bedroom's available from the 30th of May.
The rent is £152. 5pw (£610 every 4 weeks), including all bills and Internet.
