TRANSPORT: The flat is located between Clapham Junction, Clapham Common and Battersea Park and it’s ideal for people working in the City (7 mins to Waterloo and then 4 mins to Bank on the Waterloo & City line) or the West End (4 mins to Vauxhall/Battersea Park/Victoria or 7 mins to Sloane Square/District line).

AREA: it’s just great, with plenty of pubs, bars, restaurants, parks, shops, gyms. And near the river.

RENT: £600per month. All bills and internet are included.
SHORT LETS also considered (although I prefer people staying for 6/12 months).
MONDAY TO FRIDAY also considered - rent would be £500 per month.

FLATMATES: 3 in total including yourself.

LOOKING FOR: someone "normal" and considerate. Professional or student. Someone interested in living with 2 people with busy lives but also friendly when they're around. The flat is lovely and there’s a balcony too.
