We are looking to fill a double room in our beautiful home from late September until the end of October.

The house is on a lovely tree lined street, very big and modern, refurbished to a high standard, and must be viewed to be fully appreciated.

Situated just of Nortcote Road where all the lovely bars and shops are, parallel to Battersea rise (Breakfast club etc), and seconds from the common (also an 8 minute walk to the Clapham Junction station).

Two large bathrooms, one with an 'egg' bath and walk in rain shower. The kitchen has two ovens and two microwaves and a built in TV, coffee machine, and underfloor heating (also in the bathrooms). There is an abundance of entertaining space - Dining Area, Breakfast Diner, Separate Lounge with Virgin Media +. The kitchen doors open up onto a beautiful decked garden. There is also a cellar useful for storage; especially any bicycles or suitcases.

The bedroom for let is a bright and airy double with underbed storage, and comes fully furnished (wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, lamp - see photos). The bedroom overlooks the garden and is a good distance away from other rooms. It is also lockable.

You will be sharing with the wonderful Jess and Edward, and Jack who let the three further double rooms. Jess is a doctor, Ed works in finance, and Jack works in Consultancy so a fairly good mix. We are very friendly, chilled, fairly active, and easy going, but also like to keep the place tidy.
