Clapham North/Brixton, SW4: a double bedroom available in large, Victorian house, on a quiet residential street.

Currently 1 male (from Liverpool) and 2 females (from France and Mexico) are sharing, and we are looking for someone else to move in. Ideally, we want a flatmate who is over 33 and has a professional job. You must be clean, tidy, sociable, and hopefully fairly interesting and fun!

We like our own space, but also at times we like to go out, watch tv or have drinks (etc.) together, and we're looking for someone who also wants this with their housemates.

Obviously, we are happy for you to come around and view the house and room, and to have a chat to see, if we get on.

£700pcm covers use of the bedroom (including council tax, internet, sky tv and water bills); a large shared living room and seperate large shared dining room; two bathrooms; broadband, and a beautiful back garden, usually full of flowers! The house is 5 mins from Clapham High Street overground and Clapham North tube stations, or 7 minutes from Brixton tube. Clapham Common and Brockwell park are both close by, as are countless bars, restaurants, gyms, supermarkets etc., and two cinemas!
