2 rooms available in lovely 4 bed in Clapham

We are looking for 2 new housemates to move in to our lovely 4 bedroom flat in Clapham! The flat is spread over 2 storeys; We have a really large communal living room, big kitchen, a utility room with washer & dryer, and a bathroom serving 3 of the bedrooms. The bedrooms offered are both of a really good size and come furnished.
The flat is 10 minutes walk from Clapham North Station and 15 minutes walk from Stockwell.
We are looking for professional people, aged 25-32, to move in with 2 girls aged 28. We all have busy working lives, so enjoy relaxing together when we are home (usually by watching some terrible tv or settling down to a takeaway and a film!)
Both rooms are available from the beginning of January, exact date can be flexible. The room price detailed below includes the following bills; Council Tax, Water and Internet. Electricity is paid separately quarterly. We also have a cleaner who comes fortnightly. The room prices are as follows;
Room 1 - £784.50 (inc bills detailed above)
Room 2 - £793.50 (inc bills detailed above)
There will also be a one off payment when you move in of £37.50 each to add you to the contract.

Saturday 12th December from 10-11:30am
