We have a great sized double room available for a lucky new housemate in our super Clapham flat.
The room includes loads of storage with two huge built in wardrobes plus a cupboard, small dressing unit and loads of shelf space. The (super comfy) bed is also included.
The flat is in a great location with easy access to both Clapham Common tube, Wandsworth town station and bus routes into central. The two guy housemates I am sad to be leaving are easy-going tidy professionals and although we have our own social life's we do spend a few week nights and Sundays chilling out on the sofas watching sport or a film.
Rent is ã683 plus approx ã60 a month in bills. Ideally the room is available from the 1st of January but can be sooner if needed.
