I have a single bedroom (£100 per week) to let Monday - Friday in my semi detached home with a private south west facing garden in a gated mews. The house consists of a sitting room, formal dining room, and large kitchen on the ground floor. The single bedroom consists of a single free standing wardrobe, bedside table with lamp. You will share the family bathroom with one Male. The bathroom consists of: hand basin with a mirrored illuminated vanity unit above with below storage, toilet and a full sized bath with shower over bath. I am looking for professional Monday to Friday renters only who are tidy, happy to socialise or keep to themselves and be considerate of others. Wifi and washing machine are included in the rent. You will be responsible for keeping your bedroom and the allocated family bathroom clean, tidy and vacuumed weekly. WEEKDAY ONLY, NO WEEKENDS.
