3 Double Rooms for Rent in Clapham Old Town

We have three really amazing sized rooms available to rent in a 6 person shared house from 31st August. The girls in the house have loved living here but at the end of the month we are saying a sad farewell and moving on to pastures new. There will be 3 guys remaining in the house and we’re open to either guys or girls moving in.

The house is a spacious Victorian property spread over three floors. The flat itself has a lovely large kitchen with a back door opening out onto a garden patio with a grass area, which is amazing for BBQs in the summer and lounging after work – with the common so close as well though you hardly need a garden! It also has a spacious living room with two double sofas although some questionable art décor! The usual things include a dishwasher, washing machine, sky, and broadband.

Room 1 - If you can learn to look past the glorious royal blue carpet, which runs through the entire property, the room itself is lovely and spacious and has fantastic views - its on the third floor! It has a great wardrobe space and I’ve loved living in it! There is a bathroom right next door to the room which you would share with one other person and it has a bath and a shower. £651 pcm

Room 2 – This is the largest of the rooms up for rent and has an ensuite shower and sink in the room! It is based on the second floor at the back of the property and again is right next to the bathroom. There is so much space in this room for activities! £652 pcm

Room 3 – A light and spacious, ground floor room facing out onto the garden. This room has recently been repainted and is an amazing steal at only £618pcm and a 10 minute walk to Clapham High Street – I have some pictures coming soon (apologies)

The flat has very good transport links to the West End & City via the Northern Line (Clapham Common) and many other parts of London via the London Overground Network. There is a large selection of key bus routes too. The 2 bedroom double room, living room and corridor all have built in storage and the flat is also pre-wired for sky broadband. The flat is available fully furnished and there is a integrated fridge freezer in the kitchen plus a washing machine.

Everyone in the house is very sociable and enjoys going to The Sun pub down the road for a drink or two, although we all have our own interests and hobbies. We’re looking for working professionals that are easy going and laidback, as everyone is quite busy with work and always in and out.

We’re looking for someone to move into the house on or before 31st September although we can be flexible with the exact dates. Bills are around £30 each a month and we pay for a cleaner once every 6 weeks.
