Room Available in Lovely house in Clapham/Batterse

It's with great sadness that I have to give up my place in our lovely house. It's on the Clapham/Battersea border just off Queenstown Road (the address is St Philips Square, SW8 3RS),

I live with two girls called Alice & Sammy. Alice is a town planner and Sammy works in TV. We're all 23.

The house's location is smack bang in the middle of Clapham Common and Battersea Park, so ideal for people who like to run/escape to the parks.

We are on the 1st floor, with a very secure exterior door to the block. As well as the 3 bedrooms, we have a bathroom (bath & shower), good sized kitchen and a big living/dining room. High ceilings and sash windows throughout.

Trains/Tube
- Queenstown Road, 0.3 miles; connections to Waterloo.
- Battersea Park; connections to Victoria
- Clapham Common (15 min walk)
- Clapham Junction (20 min walk)
- [coming 2018] Battersea Northern Line station!

Buses to Clapham, Clapham Junction, Battersea Park, Chelsea, Sloane Square pass by the road often.

There are two options depending on whether it's a 1 person or a couple moving in:
- The small room available for one person (£700)
- Or a larger room available for a couple** with a balcony. My housemates has offered to move into the small room that I am giving up should this arises. (£775 + 200**)
