The small double room is now available for a short or long term let. The stated price is for single occupancy, no couples please unless very short term, and is inclusive but weekly cleaner, £12 and kitty £5 per person are in addition. Deposit is 1 month's rent.

A renovated and modernised 3 double bedroom Victorian house with semi open plan plan lounge, dining area, kitchen, breakfast area onto a good sized south facing balcony. Wifi, washing m/c, dishwasher etc.

There are 2 bedrooms that I let out. A large dbl b'rm (4. 6 x 3. 2 m), with good storage/fitted wardrobes etc, + small double bedroom (3. 2 x 2. 8 m). These bedrooms share a bathroom as I have my own ensuite. There is an additional toilet on the ground floor.

Although, there is no resident pet I do regularly look after both an Irish and a Wheaten terrier. They have different owners and their visits do occasionally overlap.

Ideally, I'm looking for professionals who work regular conventional and, at times, long hours with minimal working from home but who also enjoy a relaxing drink or two. Those looking for Monday to Friday are also very welcome.

The many and varied restaurants and bars of Battersea Rise, Lavender Hill, Northcote Road are just around the corner. For shopping there is Asda, M & S, Waitrose etc. plus the Northcote Road market and shops.
