Double bedroom available *No deposit, 3 month let*

We are offering a double room in our amazing 3 bed, two storey house in Clapton Pond. We are looking for someone to move in for a 3 month period on a short term let. No deposit required.

Currently living at the house is a long term couple, Adam and Kate - Kate works as a Research Consultant in Covent Garden and Adam works in Student Accommodation based in Angel. The other flatmate is Matt who works as a freelance journalist. Our ages range from 29 - 32.

This is a relatively new build house. It has 3 modern bathrooms, all equipped with a shower/bath and toilet, a 3 tiered back garden and modern kitchen including a dishwasher, electric touch sensitive hotplates, a washing machine and a big double fridge/freezer.

The living room has two sofas and a entertainment system complete with TV, speakers, vinyl and CD player. The back door from the living room then backs onto our great three tiered garden as pictured. We have a pub table on the top floor which is ideal in the summer.

The bedroom available for rent has a big built in wardrobe, double bed, desk and set of drawers. The bed can be positioned either vertically (as the photo currently shows) or spun horizontally, in which it can comfortably fit in the room as well. The house also has double glazing throughout.

The rent is £620 a month not including bills.. all in (internet/gas/water/council tax) the monthly payment is around £670.

The house is very chilled and everyone is super easy to get along with. We are really proud of its relaxed atmosphere and its friendly nature. Occasionally we have friends over or back after a night out but generally it's pretty calm. At weekends we are usually out at the local pubs or in neighbouring Dalston or Angel. We are looking for someone who is laid back, friendly and easy to live with. We are all trustworthy, clean and considerate people, who chip in without being asked and really value this aspect of our house.

The house has brilliant transport links with loads of buses on the doorstep as well as the overground from Hackney Downs and Hackney Central getting you quickly and easily into Central London. There are lots of bars and restaurants locally, so there is always something to do.

We've lived in this area for over 3 years now and are very fond of it.

Just to reiterate - this is for a 3 month only Short Term Let starting on the 1st August with no deposit required.
