Double room in Stoke Newington house

Hello!

We are going to to Canada for a couple months and we're looking to rent out our room while we are away. IDEALLY, we'd like to get someone in on May 7th - July 7th. Although, we can be a bit flexible on these dates if needs be..

It is a LARGE Double bedroom in lovely house. The room is actually the Front Room converted- great bay windows, lots of light. Cleaner comes once a week, includes tumble dryer and washing machine. Garden out back on a quiet, safe, no-through road.
Parking is available out front. Transport links are great! We are in between Clapton, Homerton, and Hackney Central; or you can catch several buses to Angel and Finsbury Park at the end of the street. (very reliable busses!)

Another good thing is that the the bed is a brand new sofa-bed convertible, So You can use the room as your own lounge, entertain your own guests, at any time.

The pictures don't quite do it justice as we are getting the new furniture on May 1st. So, if you'd like to come view before then, you're more than welcome, you'll get to see the house but the room will be mostly empty. :)
