Clapton Double Room For 1 girl - 23 OCT - JAN 16

I am renting my room in Clapton - Hackney (near Dalston) while I am away for holidays, which will be from OCT 23 to Jan 16.

My room has a double bed, chair + table, mirrors, big window, shelf and a decent size.

Some of my stuff will stay here on the walls etc so I want someone that will not change anything during the stay.

The house is a huge (amazing) 6 bedroom house,
+ big garden
+ big living room
+ big kitchen + 2 bathrooms.
+ cat

The flatmates are great. The landlord also lives in the house. All bills are included. And we have a cleaning rota.

The person willing to sublet the room would have to give:
400 security deposit + 1 month rent in advance (450)

PS - The price is very good for this area + house! :)
