Private room available for short term rental

I have a private room available in my 2 bedroom flat for short term rental up to 3 months from early September. The place is in Clapton, nestled alongside the River Lea and accessible to central London. Area is serviced by several bus lines and a 10 minute train ride to Liverpool Street in central London.

The room available is a carpeted single room with a proper new single bed. There is plenty of space for storage in the room, and it is also quiet.

The apartment is a 2 bedroom unit on the top floor of a 3 storey building, with a large living room, adjoining kitchen, and a newly renovated bathroom.

The building is in a very quiet area, along the River Lea, and accessible to green space for walks, there is also a communal garden.

You will have your own room, have use of the kitchen and living room, and will share the bathroom.

Hackney, where Clapton is, is a place with a lot of character and varied in terms of ethnic mix and architectural history. That means plenty of cafes, restaurants, and places to go out to nearby. I also live right on the Lea Valley, a linear park that follows the River Lea, so if you like green space, and want to say that you have seen parts of London's last remaining wetlands and marsh areas, this is the place for you.

The apartment is a 10 minute walk to Clapton station on the Chingford overground line, which in turn is just 10 minutes from Liverpool Street station. In addition, there are several bus routes nearby that can take you to different parts of central London in 30-45 minutes.
