The Room

The double room is in a split-level top-floor flat in an awesome Victorian house. A large window provides plenty of natural light and overlooks a quiet, residential street and garden area. The double room comes ready furnished with a chair, bed, desk and wardrobe.

The Flat

The flat comprises of one kitchen, one utility room (doubles as another kitchen), a sitting room and two bathrooms (each with shower, sink and loo). The sitting room overlooks downstairs garden and houses.

Neighbours

We are fortunate to live with a bunch of really friendly neighbours, Sarah and Alexa, who will often pop up to say 'hi' or get out for a couple of drinks with our crew.

Nearby

The flat is situated a two-minute walk away from the bustle of trendy Chatsworth road, considered the heart of Clapton. There are plenty of shops, amenities and watering holes within a five minute walking distance. For more entertainment, Hackney Central and nearby London Fields offer clubs, live music venues, the Picture House cinemas and the Empire theatre.

Us

We are a fun and friendly bunch of professionals in our mid 20s and early 30s living, working and breathing London: one data analyst from the UK, a Dutch business development executive, and a happy-go-lucky Aussie Musician/Floor Manager. We are outgoing, enjoy entertaining and all enjoy the odd drink or night out.

The Person

No strict selection criteria applies - as long as you keep everything clean, work or study full time and are easy going, then we’d be more than happy to consider you a new housemate.

Additional Costs

The monthly rent excludes bills (council tax, gas, electricity, water) which will average £50 per person per month.

Availability

The room will be available from September 1st though we can make arrangements if you need a place to stay before you move in.

Deposit is 6 weeks' rent

Minimum term: 4 months
