ABOUT ME:
I'm Lucia, I'm from London and I work in social research. I'm sad to leave my lovely home, but I'm moving to Lisbon for a while so I'm looking for a couple or two friends to move in during that time.

This is a really nice flat for two people. It has a new kitchen and dining/living room downstairs with a south-facing balcony with amazing views across London. The bedrooms are upstairs along with the WC and bathroom. They are large and very bright with wooden floors, one has a built in wardrobe and they both have brand new mattresses.

LOCATION:
The flat is in a quiet residential area, there's a lovely family pub and primary school opposite and a great 24hr shop too. The flat sits between Stoke Newington and Clapton so there are plenty of amenities nearby including Church Street (7 mins walk) and various parks.
