Bright room in a modern flat

Hey guys,
We have a room going in our lovely, clean, new and bright flat in Clapton.
It’s available from next Thursday/Friday.

The Room
It's a decent size double. It comes furnished.

Sharing a bathroom with just one other person.

The Flat
Part of a new development in Clapton by River Lea. The flat is quite compact, but there is a cosy living area/open plan kitchen that faces onto the balcony. There is a LOT of storage space, and wooden floors throughout. It feels quite bright and new. You can store bikes on the balcony.

The Area
It’s about a 7-10 minute walk to Clapton station, and a 10 minute walk to Chatsworth road, which is full of cafes, shops and pubs. The best thing about it is that it is literarily SURROUNDED by parks, and is right next to the River Lea. If you like cycling/running outside, this is a great place.
You can cycle to Hackney Wick in about 10 minutes down the canal.

55, 56, 38 AND 303 stop nearby. You can get to Dalston, Hackney Central and Old Street pretty quickly.
I love how peaceful it feels. There are also some nice pubs round the corner.

The flatmates
There are two lovely ladies- one works in healthcare, one in fashion buying.

Contracts/rent/bills
The rent is £606. The bills in total come up to about 80.
