My girlfriend and I are looking for someone to share this fantastic warehouse conversion flat just off Clapton Square nr Hackney Central. The well sized double room and wapping 1000s/ft of living space means this could be perfect for another couple(£1000 for couple) however a single person would also be very welcome (£900 for single person).
We are both creative people in our 30's. I work as a film and documentary maker and Eloise works for Warner Bros as a PA. We enjoy the occasional gathering, drinks with friends, cooking good food and watching films on projector. We have a large 8 seated wooden dinning table which is great for dinner parties.
We feel there is lots of potential for this huge living space and would suit other creative people who may need to bring their work home with them.
