Double room in an awesome house in Clapton

Hi there! We have a room available in our amazing home in Clapton on Chatsworth road. There's three of us, and we are looking for a girl to take the 4th room (to keep the balance).

About us...

Claire is 28, French and works in digital marketing. She loves exploring London on her bike. She also likes dancing, Sundays, board games, dinner with friends, running and travelling.

Andrew is 32 is a Kiwi, and makes apps/websites. Also a part-time adventurer. Loves karaoke, whiskey, Sunday roasts, game of thrones and live music.

Ben is 31, from the north east of England. He runs a lifestyle website all about London and gets to know about all sorts of happenings. He is also into music, food and art.

About the location...
It's on Chatsworth Rd, close to the market. Millfield park is just in front of the house. The house is located between Clapton and Homerton stations. Hackney Central is a 20 minute walk away.

About the place...
It's a massive three-story 4 bedroom house. Spacious living room, 2 bathrooms and a massive kitchen/dining area (perfect to encourage cooking creativity!). It opens onto a very nice patio/garden, great for BBQs and lazy Sunday afternoons.

About the room...
Good sized double with nice wood flooring. It has a window overlooking the back garden, so it is pretty quiet. It is unfurnished as well so best if you have a bed!

Bills are around £90 per month give or take...
