Excellent Double Room Available in Clapton

We have 1 room available in our 3 bed flat in Clapton, available from 1st November.

The price includes all bills, council tax, broadband and a cleaner every 2 weeks.

We are two guys who have lived there for 18 months or so, one is a tree surgeon the other works in marketing, both 28. The flat is on a quiet little street with free parking, but it's closely located to decent areas Dalston (15 mins walk), Stoke Newington (10 mins walk) and Hackney (25 mins walk). It is also sandwiched between Clapton and Rectory Road stations, 5 minutes away each, and is well connected with major bus routes. Getting into central London takes about 30 minutes via Liverpool Street or Seven Sisters.

It's a great flat with a decent sized living room, modern kitchen and decent garden for summer evening BBQs and parties. The room itself has a built in wardrobe and double doors that open up onto the pathway that leads to the garden and comes with a bed and mattress. We have have both Sky Go and Netflix in the living room.

We are both pretty relaxed, easy going and sociable.

Excuse the photos, the kitchen / room were when we first moved in so it's a bit chaotic.
