Very central comfortable Monday to Friday let
We are advertising for a weekday tenant for our second bedroom. Our flat is in a 1930s built block in a very central location. We are within 10 minutes walk of Russell Square, Kings Cross, Farringdon and Angel. You can walk to most places in central London. It's very convenient for the universities (UCL, LSE, IOE, Kings, City). I
The room itself is furnished, and has a single IKEA day bed with a good quality new foam mattress. This bed can be extended to make a double bed for extra visitors. You would have your own sink to use. Other shared amenities include shower, bath, good central heating, washing machine, dishwasher, well-equipped kitchen.
We are a couple in our early 30s, a teacher and Phd student in political science. We have quite busy working weeks to tend to relax and cook in the evenings.
We are looking for a short term tenant, up until the end of February, but we would consider a shorter term let also.
