The flat is situated in Colindale, Northwest London. It’s a 5 minute walk to Colindale Underground Station which is in zone 4.

The room is fully furnished and comes with a double bed, bedside table, lamp, wardrobe, shelving unit, extendable desk & chair. This is a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom flat a 5 min walk to the underground.

There is a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and balcony. There are 2 large parks 1-5 mins away. There is a 24hr gym, Sainsbury’s Local, Co-op, Wenzel’s, Costa, Taco Bells, Italian pizzeria, cafes, 4-8 mins walk away.

The £840 rent includes some bills (water + internet + TV license), excluding council tax, heating and electricity (currently, approx £260); this will be split by the total number of flatmates. The room is also ideal for a commuter and available for Mon-Fri (3 nights is an option). If required, bedding and towels are available.

I own the flat and do not work 9-5. Ideally, I am looking for someone who is a friendly independent professional, cleans up after themselves, tidy, easy going, considerate and relaxed. It would be great if you're open minded, mature and respect other people's privacy and space. Although this is not a party flat, G&Ts are always welcome!

References (previous landlords & current employer) and proof of identity required. Having a DBS would be bonus. The room is available to view now.
