Friendly, Relaxed House Share in Colindale

Our longstanding housemate, Kathryn, is leaving us to live with her boyfriend! So, we're looking a new friendly housemate :) We are both laid-back and friendly, working in north London. There is a very sociable cat in the house always up for a cuddle.

The room itself is a fully-furnished double, facing the large back garden. The house has a very big living/ dining room, with a seperate kitchen.

The rent is only £360 a month which is very low for London. The landlord has not increased the rent for many years. Bills are not included. We share the cost and they are approximately £90 a month (gas/ electric, water, internet, council tax, sky tv, garden and tv licence).

The house has good transport links. It is a 10 minute walk from Colindale or Burnt Oak tube station which are both on the Northern line and you can be in central London in 25 minutes. There is a night bus (N5) which is at the end of the road. This goes into central London. If you have a car there is a double driveway.

We are ideally looking for someone who is: relaxed, clean, responsible and cat-friendly. Professionals preferred.
