Room available in a sociable 3 bedroom flat

Hello there,

We have a room available from the 21st of May in a large 3 bedroom apartment in a small apartment complex. The apartment consists of a living room, large open plan kitchen, washing machine and dryer, 2 bathrooms and a terrace (a real gem in the heart of London). The room is ensuite.

The apartment is conveniently positioned, just a 2 minute walk from Aldgate east & Aldgate station and a 5 minute walk from Liverpool Street station. It is also just around the corner from East London Shoreditch and Brick Lane, whilst still being in a quiet area. Also just above a really great Pub and Petticoat Lane Market.

There are two housemates currently living in the apartment. An Australian designer and an English lawyer. We love to cook/bake (especially making use of the BBQ in the summer), hang out on the terrace over a glass wine and have a laugh. We like to have house/dinner parties every so often as we like to be open and meet new people, but its definitely not a party house every weekend! So we are really looking for someone who is sociable, easy going, open and like minded creative people to come join us.

Wifi and other bills (council tax, water, electricity and gas) are around £60 per month.
