The apartement is big and fresh in minth condition with a lot of open spaces. There is two small single rooms and one big dubble with a kingsize bed. The available room is the dubble and all the furniture is included. We have a big toilet with both shower and a tub.
There is two guys living in the small rooms. Rehats working with app development and Josh is studying film editing. We have a nice time together and even if we've been living four her, it don't feel like were fighting for the space.
We're looking for a someone or a couple thats friendly and social wich like to hang out at times in the big living room.
The rent for the room is 780 so for a couple it would be 390 each. the bills for water and gas is low and about 60 every third month.
