Very large double room in Zone 1

Hi there,

I have a very large, sunny double room in Covent Garden, available in October.

The room is extremely spacious for this Central London location and benefits from an abundance of natural light. As well as the stylish king-size bed, there is a plenty of storage, with a large closet attached to the room and a large wardrobe. Despite our amazing central location, the room is nice and quiet – it has double-glazing and is well-insulated from street noise as it is on the rear-side of the house. It’s a lovely place to relax and escape the hustle and bustle of the city. The room is big enough to WFH comfortably, and you will be able to personalise it a little, as the current roomie did.

The flat is a historic two bedroom flat, I live in the other room, so there will be just two of us in total in the flat. You will enjoy the use of the modern, well-equipped kitchen with all mod cons – oven, washer/dryer etc. There's spacious living room, one bathroom and one toilet to share (with full bath and shower facilities).

The location of the flat is simply stunning - right in the middle of Covent Garden - 2min walk to Holborn or Cov Garden tube, 5min walk to Leicester Square, Tottneham Court rd or Strand and about 7min walk to Chancery lane station. There's lots of shops, restaurants, theatres and cinemas around (for when they reopen again), a lovely Lincoln's Inn Fields park is just around the corner, and if you fancy a nice walk or a run, the river is just minutes away. You probably worked it out by now that Soho, Mayfair and the City are extremely easily accessible from this location as well - whether on foot, bike or transport.

I am looking for a new lovely, respectful and clean flatmate to share this space with - someone who'd call this place home, rather than treat it like a hotel room. Generally speaking I am pretty chilled, but if you don’t know how to use a toilet brush or you think it's ok to leave dirty dishes in a sink and wait for someone else to take care of it - we won't get on!

I work in media agency and tend to work a lot, but I am very open to the odd glass of wine and/or dinner together every now and then.
