Room in Grade Listed Period Conversion in Westend

We are a family of four. Our children are young, a 6 year old daughter and 3 year old son. I'm a film producer and my partner is a games developer. We are looking for clean, tidy, trustworthy and considerate person to share our home with - you must be family friendly and cat friendly!

We live in a big, beautiful and spacious penthouse, Victorian hospital conversion - a very rare property which is the literal heart of London.

We have small but lovely guest room available to rent weekdays only. As a lodger you will have sole use of the bathroom next to the guest room during the mornings, but after 9am the bathroom will be accessed by us.

It is important that anyone interested in our weekday rental understands that they will be sharing a home with a family of young children and what that entails. We also warn, living in the heart of Covent Garden on the edge of the Piazza means this is a busy, vibrant and noisy neighbourhood.

You will also have access to large workspace next to the guest room with great broadband. There is shared living room but if you are after privacy in evenings the workspace in addition to the bedroom offers that.

We've had a fantastic lodger since last November who is finishing up her contract in July who will be able to offer a positive and accurate account of what it is like to lodge with us.
