We will have a room available in December sometime. We do not have the exact date yet as we are waiting for a move date into a property we are buying. This is definitely be before Christmas though.

The flat has a large communal kitchen and a big bathroom. The room is double with built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and a double bed.

The apartment is on two levels one bedroom downstairs and a kitchen ,and upstairs 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. No shared living room. The available room will be upstairs with a small balcony and overlooking the large communal balcony.

The apartment is situated on Cricklewood Lane just a minutes walk to the mainline station .Golders Green, Kilburn and Willesden Green tube station are 5-10 mins away by bus. There are extensive buses available from Cricklewood including ones straight into the city.

All flatmates are in fulltime employment and work really long hours, but also love to socialise sometimes as a group but other times individually .

We like to keep the apartment tidy so clean as you use the communal areas please.

Rent is à‚ÂÂÂ £355 and bills come to roughly à‚ÂÂÂ £80 per month, so that's a maximum total of à‚ÂÂÂ £435 a month!
