The arrangement Is on a month-to-month basis and after the first month there is one months’ notice in writing by either party on the last day of the month so minimum stay is just 2 months.

Peaceful clean and friendly occupants in a 5 bedroomed detached house.

The room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, small table with lamp, 4 chairs and a large oak table, tv point, 2-seater couch. Measurements of the room is approximately 10ft x 25 (3m x 7.6m).

Some fridge / deep freeze space available and some cupboard space in kitchen.

The ground floor has a large open lounge with sofas and armchairs, dining room table, Broadband Wireless and 2 full bathrooms both with electric showers and a bath one downstairs one upstairs in the property.

The kitchen comprises of numerous units, cooker, fridges, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, dishwasher, pans, plates etc

The lounge has a sliding door to the rear with a large garden and a patio comprising of tables and chairs and a lawned area with some fruit trees a shed / BBQ.

The bathroom may be shared with 2 other people. (A couple already renting one of the rooms use the bathroom downstairs)

Previous tenants have been here before up to 8 years and at moment average is 2 years.

This is a short term lease but might be longer depending upon circumstances please ask any questions.

The deposit is dependable upon the arrangement agreed but a month’s deposit is required and a reference/Id/proof to stay is required prior to moving in.
